Petite Fairytale Boutique Terms and Conditions
A £50 non refundable deposit is required in order to secure a party date. A £10 per child non refundable deposit is required when booking a makeover. We take a deposit of £5 per person, for our afternoon teas.
The balance can be paid for on the day of the appointment along with any purchases you choose to enhance your child's experience.
By booking and paying your deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions below. Please ensure you read and understand our terms and conditions before booking a party or makeover with us.
We ask that at least one adult remains in the boutique for the duration of the makeover or party booked.
Full public liability insurance is held. Hair, nail and pamper treatments are for entertainment purposes only.
We uphold strict and professional hygiene standards. We will not apply any face paint, glitter tattoos or face glitter to broken skin or lesions. We only use child friendly products however Petite Fairytale Boutique cannot take liability for reactions or injuries sustained at the pamper party or thereafter. Clients must advise us of any allergies, viruses or any other reason their child may not be able to take part in a makeover or pamper party.
Please ensure all children are nail varnish free before their makeover / party.
We have a strict head lice policy. If head lice or eggs are found on your child we will regretfully be unable to provide a makeover and they will not be able to join in with a pamper party. Please check your child's hair before the appointment. No refund will be given but are always happy to reschedule your child's makeover providing we have dates available.
The balance due for your child's makeover or party must be paid on the day of your event. We take debit/credit cards and cash. We do not accept cheques or £50 notes.
We are happy to adapt to suit most most dietary requirements with notice but cannot guarantee our food will be completely allergen free. Our kitchen is small and all allergens are used on site. Please contact us and we will be happy to help where possible.
Makeovers are suitable for children aged 3 and above. Our princess parlour is only suitable for children aged 4 and above with the exception of a BFF makeover where the children eat afternoon tea with parents present. Pamper parties are suitable for children aged 5 and above. All children must be the ages stated above regardless of the age of the birthday girl. Please consider this before booking.
